Skin lump on leg

Asked for Male, 31 Years

Hi. My friend had a little skin lump on his leg on thighs since few days. And the size of the lump increased now. He has no pain though in that area but die to this he is unable to walk properly. Please advise. I am attaching a picture of it. There is no pus as well in the lump area.
