Asked for Male, 30 Years

What started as seemingly a pimple on my lower cheek has grown in size to be about golf ball size. It oozes puss and seems like something needs to come out. It has caused my lips to swell massively. It causes intense pain. I have been drowsy and sleeping a lot. Today it spread to the inside of my mouth and oozes puss from there as well.
