Skin itchyness at night and red eara

Dear Doctor I am facing issue of skin itchyness. Even I don't find anything on my skin. Usually it happened at night my ears get red and I can feel the burn and there is itchyness all over the body from face to chest to legs. My palms get red and it seems whole blood rushes to my palms and than I need to scratch my palms initially I noticed it happens after the dinner when I go to bed. But when I had anti allergy it goes off. But I need permanent solution and depiction of it. Which test should I go for and what it's? This started 01 year back but happens only when winter are just to start and than go on in winters
