In right leg above ankel skin is patchy hair is fall of from that part patchy and scally type of skin with lot of itching.I attaching photos of that part. Fungal cream is used but no effect.

Use a good moisturiser as icthyosis is visible and i don't knw what kind of local application u used it might contain steroids kindly consult a dermatologist
