Skin itching on my penis

Asked for Male, 33 Years

My penis skin is itching and at growins as well. Prompting me to rub, It becomes red if I rubbed and after that skin color changes to black. It already spread from growins to my penis skin. Please suggest me any ointment to get cured as early as possible.What are the precautions to be taken to avoid these kind of skin problems especially at private parts of the body.
