Skin itching in lower legs

Asked for Male, 34 Years

I'm getting severe itching thrice a day below the knee and the ankle area. The itching would be so intense where the skin become thicker with liquid coming out of the pores that were created due to itching. This would last for two weeks and then would gradually disappear making the skin to return back to normal, tender condition. The symptom appears in both the legs. In the last couple of months, black sore with raised skin has appeared in the ankle area which also causes lot of itching.
