Asked for Male, 33 Years

If I undergo small tension/pressure, sun exposure, or humid and if I try to control my urine my skin starts itching and small red dots appears on my skin and once I doing some water and sit under ac or fan it becomes normal .. what is the solution for my problem and why is this happening to me.
