Skin itching and scarring

Asked for Female, 27 Years

My inner buttocks have been itching for a month now, itching gets intense at night. That area has become patchy red and now it has turned into black patches all over my inner buttocks and also in between thighs. I thought it was fungal so I've taken 1 fluconazole and itching was gone for a week but now its itching again tell me how to get rid of those black patches.
