Skin itching and rashes

Asked for Male, 32 Years

I have itchy rashes on my hand and legs and sometimes swollen upper lips .and when I take sime meducine like allegra or xevor it gives relief but when i discontinue these medicines problem starts after 24-30 hours. It seems that symptomc of disease uticaria. Kindly tell me permanent cure. Thanking you
