Skin Itching and rashes

Asked for Female, 25 Years

From last 2 months i am facing suddenly itching on my different parts of body and then i got red rashes and those after itching scratches then skin tone of that portion changes to little bit brown. First i got this on back side of my neck near shoulder then knee and now in legs thigh very small mark but same thing..what is this i am facing this from more than 2 months. Now after rashes and itching scratches nothing happens just normally sometime again itching at that part, no pain no swollen nothing but the skin tone of that part is changed darker than before.
