You can apply Momate cream twice daily and a sunscreen Sunstop 30 lotion thrice daily at 8am,11am and 2 pm and for itching u can take Tab Teczine 5mg at night

It’s summers and a sun can take a heavy toll on ur skin so wear full sleeves clothes while walking outside and use umbrella as well . Dnt forget to hydrate with oral fluids
