From last few months my skin has become dark, I am having dark circles and I am having a lot of hair fall. Some of my friends are suggesting that this is due to intense work out that I do and not taking enough nutrition.. earlier my skin use to glow, with no dark circles and hardly any hair fall. Can you suggest if workouts could be so detoriating?
