Two years ago.i was dignosed with chronic urtcaria when i done allergy test But on sudden onset i m facing same issue for this i am taking prescribed medicines Now i have relief from problem But because of excessive itching and hives problem My foot turned very dark and dry I attched its picture I m done with many moisterizers and foot creams but still they are at its same condition Pls suggest me any ointment ..kindly pls

Hello. Your skin looks very dry and also there are features of thickened skin. This can be due to atopy which is sometimes associated with with urticaria. Moisturizers are essential for you and you also need to use soft soaps. Also other parts of body need to be examined for confirming the xerosis. Some creams can be prescribed to reduce the darkness but this can only be done after consultation with a dermatologist.
