Skin issue, need urgent help !

Question

Asked for Female, 24 Years

I have been having very tiny bumps all over my face which are very small and not acne and makes skin feel not smooth and its itchy. Also, swelling on my face and around eyes and specially on eyelids. I have also developed dark circles due to this. I am 24 year old woman. This is going on from 4 months. No medicine prescribed helping. Please help.
