I have eczema infection on my feet...and now I m getting Itching issues on my hands and feet too..and skin is getting very dry even after applying lotion.

Are you sure its an eczema. Stop using harsh soap and detergents. Try to wear gloves for using household works. Can you send me your pictures for better diagnosis and treatment.
