Asked for Female, 22 Years

Hello doctor I used to get spots on my buttocks which eventually turned dark (like dark spots) and even in inner thighs(near and around vagina) During periods I get inching and it turns even more darker and now my inner thighs and around vagina and buttocks is very dark and pigmented , I would like to know if this is treatable with cream and how long will it take to cure and reduce the pigmentation.
