Upper portion of my fingers and hand has become slight reddish maybe due to often use of sanitiser. I am feeling Slight irritation and inflammation. Please suggest medication.

Since sanitizer is alcohol based it can cause dryness and irritate your skin. Since using sanitizer is inevitable in the current scenario use a mild soap or hand wash like dove . Use Emoderm cream atleast 3-4 times a day. Add pic to rule out other causes
