  4. Skin irritation. Suggest what to do?

Skin irritation
She is on Medication (Paracetamol 650 mg 4 times a day) for last 4 days. Now, she mentioned of skin irritation from yesterday. Considering some allergy, I bought levocetrizine. But this also doesn't seems helpful. She is having itching in back, pair of legs and hand. Kindly suggest what to do?
