I am getting some kind of skin irritation on my thighs due to which some kind of boils are developing over there. I am not able to wear clothes on bottom half. Please need your help and advice on how to get this cured.

Thigh region is prone for fungal infection and bacterial infection as well. The moisture overthere acts like a nidus for infections. It is more common in people who are obese and people who wear tight fitting clothes. Keeping the parts dry will help. Losing weight will have beneficial effects. Using anti fungal powders can prevent infections. If the boils are severe antibiotics orally for 5 days will work.
