Hi Doctor,
3 months ago i detected red patches on my leg which use to itch alot and after few days it got dry but still itches now i can see such similar patches on my hands, neck, back, elbows, knees and also on my genital they itch most of the time I consulted a doctor regarding the same he prescribed me a lotion and few tabs even after using them it has not reduced. I have attached a few pics of the infection and the prescription. Kindly suggest what can be done.

Dear sir the locations that you are mentioning and the description of lesion can be an infected condition called tinea corporis/cruris or it can be an inflammatory condition like psoriasis. Without ascertaining the condition it is difficult to comment on the management. Your description says the pictures attached but no pictures that can be seen on here.
