Hello I have a skin infection on my back it's easier to see in the photos, I feel when it's little humid it aggravated and moved from a small patch to a large one I used luliconazole 50 bit doesn't have any effect I feel hence stopped. Appreciate if someone can suggest what cream can be used for reducing the spread or medication. Thanks
