Hi, I have a big skin inflammation around 1/2 inches in height type lump in the leg near the groin area. It's of normal color . No rash. No itching. Just it pains if I touch it. Is it serious ? Should I apply some clobita gm type inflammation gel ? Or would it go away automatically ?
