Skin infection
Sir i was having rashes in my neck. I scratched it as it was itching and it has growing up into a skin infection.. It is paining now.. Cleaned it with savlon. Please suggest some medicine. I have the pic of the infected area too.. Please do the needfull.

apply fudic cream thrice a day for a week. tab levociz 5mg , tab enzoflam for 2-3 days. you can start with this for now but proper examination is required along with details of similar rash as anywhere else in the body and current ongoing treatment history of previous treatment to make a diagnosis. Meet with a certified qualified dermatologist and get it properly examined or you can consult online with pictures through private chat. Hope this is helpful.
