Skin infection on leg

Asked for Male, 33 Years

I have got this infection since a month now, hv tried few OTC ointments like quadriderm but didn't solve the problem, kindly suggest. I have no medical problem like BP, sugar etc

The picture is not clear. need to know about any other affected sites. . history of similar problem in past ? anybody else having it in family? please stop qudriderm as that will do more damage than benefit in the long term.
