Skin infection on forearm
I seem to have developed some skin infection on my forearm. Yesterday early morning it started to itch severely and what seemed like a mosquito bite became bigger by the night. I have attached the image. It looks like a ringworm but I'm not sure. Should I be consulting a doctor?

You can consider having OTC anti-allergic medications for symptom relief and applying calamine lotion on affected areas
