  4. Skin infection - on fingers. Options.

Skin infection - on fingers
Recently developed an infection on my index finger. It quickly spread to four other fingers within 2 - 3 days. It looks like Eczema but I am not sure. Skin seems to be coming off, and it hurts as well. Touching soap just makes it worse. Please advise on possible treatment options. Thanks.
