I've got skin infection under foreskin of my penis. There is some white residual and the foreskin has become itchy & tight. Kindly advice for the same.

Commonly it is fungal infection ,Candidiasis . Advised to clean it with Pot permanganate apply Candid cream twice a day Get 300 mg of Syscan cap stat Tab Levocet once a day for 10 days or so.
