I'm Using Panderm cream from 3 yaers.I stopped suddenly.Some rashes and Face became dull and some allergic type its looking.what should I do?

You skin has developed addiction to steroid in Panderm. Stop this and take tab allegra 180 mg at night. Oilatum cream 5 6 times daily and apply sunstop 19 cream morning and afternoon. Use cetaphil cleansing lotion once daily. Avoid sunlight and cosmetic procedures.
