I got this infection on one of my fingure as shown in the picture. I do not feel any pain. Is there any home remedy to treat it or any other suggestion?

I need more history to rule out fungal infection. This looks d of picture is seen commonly in hand eczema. Don't use soap over the rashes. Please call me or contact using online consult option for proper examination and treatment advice
