I ate fried momes that too chicken day after i got pimples soon my skin started drying i ignored thinking its winter dryness in a day or 2 redness started occering around my mouth area its been a while i am only using vasaline or moisture or coconut oil but redness isnt going down please tell me is it some kind of infection or what.
