Skin infection
I am facing skin infection for last 5-6 months. I had visited doctor before lockdown and she told me that I have lychen planus and gave me some skin creams. I used those creams and it did cleared those purplish spots. But over the period of time, I noticed purplish spots developed over my wrists of my both hands. I applied vaseline over it and it dried up those rashes but again after few days ,I have the same spots. Could you please confirm if this is just a skin infection or any thing else. I first got it when I went to another city city some 6 months back and had a very dried skin during by 15 day visit.

Lichen planus is a chronic condition. You need to treat it for a while and follow ups are important. Please consult online with pictures. You may need oral medications.
