Skin infection. Or something else?

Hi doctor, This is sushil kumar dixit, i am facing skin infection kind of problem since December month. ( attaching the images also for your reference) it never cause itching problem but it is spreading in the body. I also consult with the dermatologist and he said that i have some internal infection problem (hypertension) due to that some parameters are increased or decreased from the reference value and hence my skin is getting brown patches. He also wrote these medicines to treat me-"Cap omez od tab medrol 16mg od cream monatesone moisturex body lotion" I want to know your opinion also doctor it is mezaima or something else?? I am not sure please guide me... Please suggest if any ayurvedic or homemade kind of medication i can try. Also recommend me best soap and lotion for that please... Thanks Sushil kumar dixit
