Hello sir/mam.Is glutathione safe to use. If not can I consume more than 1000 mg vit C in a day. Any dietary uggestions for clear skin.

Vit c recommended dose is only 1000mg a day If u exceed u may experience effects of hypervitaminosis. Glutathione oral is good with regular vit c.
