Post pregnancy my skin has become dull.. pigmented and dark near the mouth and also dark circles have become even more darker Can i take supplements to lighten it...get even skin tone...if yes please suggest

Pigmentation ( cholasma/ melasma ) in pregnancy is due to pregnency hormones. For some it may reduce gradually , for some treatment is needed. I need a detailed history regarding lactation n skin type
