Hello doctor, I have moved to Sweden from chennai. Can you please advice what all precautions I need to make so that my skin doesn't dry up, dandruff and hair fall doesn't happen and maintaining liquid content in body.

Hi Please pay arrant ion to your diet and make sure to include plenty of fruits vegetables and proteins. Do use a ph balanced shampoo and face wash meant for your skin type. Use a cream based moisturiser often and font forget to use a broad spectrum sun screen regularly.
