I am having a problem with my skin on hands which is getting black day by day.. dis issue started since I have been staying un Hyderabad (12 years ) . 1st I thought it may be because of weather.. but now I think there is some problem which I am nt able 2 identify. Sum time it itches. I 've applied many creams and oil and consulted many bt no reslt
