Skin fungal infection in Penis foreskin
Looking to get paid consultation, but only if you can cure it completely. The foreskin of my penis got sored and was paining at night while sleeping a month ago. After checking online I understood it is Balinitis. I started cleaning it with water every time I used toilet, then understood I shouldn't do that I stopped cleaning with water every time. Now only clean with warm water while bathing, use a thin face cleaning paper tissue to dry it. It got reduced after I used coconut oil, but it keeps coming back again. Foreskin becomes sore a bit red, white fluid comes from under the foreskin, pain is less now, pains only in the red areas. Haven't used any medicines, only coconut oil and sometimes turmeric powder. Please suggest me how to cure it completely. I am 30 m, unmarried, doesn't have Diabetes, does workout and follows healthy diet and doesn't eat much sugar. Please check the two attached photos. Thanks.
