From a past week I'm having skin eruptions all over my body(hands,neck,lips,eyes,lower waist,leg,scalp), these eruptions are kind of thickened skin and have burning sensation, itching. It remains usually for few hours then everything goes normal.

Its acute urticaria. There are lot of reasons for it. Better you show to any dermatologist and do some routine investigations. Meanwhile you can take tab laevocetrizine for few days to reduce it.
