My father is a bike mechanic and whenever he comes in contact with petrol. It causes skin enfection. It is happening for 1 year i think. Before that time , this type of problem was not with him. It had been treated by some doctors but As long as the medicines eat. Till then it is fine, and if the medicine is not eaten, then it becomes like as before.
