Skin dryness and dandruff

Asked for Male, 28 Years

Hello sir/mam, I'm suffering from dryness having very very dry hand and when I touch something I really feel very uncomfortable and similarly Im having very much dandruff which is not curable. I have taken prp sessions and ketketazol shampoos but no gain now this dryness is also affecting the face . please tell me what happening.
