  4. Skin dry? What should i do?

Skin dry??
My dermatologist prescribed me a soap and 2 creams that is ap Gel and nadoxin for acne...the soap got my skin extremely extremely dry ..it burns after applying any cold cream.. thr soap is supposed to be applied on entire face ,2 times a day.. and the two creams only on the affected area. What should i do?
