Skin Diseases at back

Asked for Male, 19 Years

I am suffering from itching problem at my back and hips for more than 1 and half years. It is a type of allergy which is at my back at the top of the joint of the hips and also the most important thing is that in the winter season the allergy is fully cured.But in the summer season its again arises.
