Small red pimples all over the body itchy one. They are coming day by day. Some contain watery liquid in it some are just small and red. Growing over chest stomach region my bottoms leg and few on hands. Some are just red spots leaving behind marks. Help me sir.

Red pimples or boils can you are talking about can be because of a number of things.. infection, infestation, drug reaction, auto immune disorder, etc etc. Need to examine the lesions and know in detail about the history of progression of your pimples, living habits, similar complaints in family members and any other associated symptoms. When what you have described if your itching gets worse at night and late evening it could most probably be a mite infestation called Scabies, which is easily treatable. But i would have commit to this as my final diagnosis as a proper examination is needed to say with certainty about the cause of the problem.
