Skin disease on scalp , mid-chest , back
From last couple of months I am suffering from some kind of skin diseases , it is in scalp , mid-chest , mid-back and near private part. Please help me what is it and how can I treat it.

History and proper physical examination is must as the centre of the skin lesion shows hypo Pigmetation and peripheral area shows hyper Pigmetation. Arriving at diagnosis is important before we jump for any treatment!
