Asked for Female, 66 Years

Skin disease in hand for over 2 years. Skin has become tough, black and itching happens. Applied most of the famous creams like clotremazole, clobestrol, dipgenta, ringcutter etc. But nothing works. Plz help me out in getting a solution.
