I am a student living in the hostel. Sir I want to know which is the best medicated soap available at the medical shop for the treatment of all the bacterial, fungal or allergic or folliculitis type related disease caused on face ..kindly suggest me best medicated soap .. currently i am having folliculitis on my face which i think has caused due to excessive sweating or unhealthy hygienic conditions of the hostel... Please help me sir in this case ..
