Hi, THIS IS SERIOUS Here's my case:- When i was 10 i fell down from swing on that time it started painining on my left shoulder after that i noticed that small black spot on my shoulder it expanded until i was 18,even few hairs also occurred on that part. Now i'm 24 It's not painful at all, Just a big mark is visible on my upper left shoulder. Consulted few dermatologist they said it's "congenital pigmented melanocytic nevus" according to medical science which can be only be lighten with laser treatment. However i have also used "Desowen Cream (desonide)".But it didn't worked. Just wanna know is there any possibility to lighten/reduce size with medicines. Please find picture attached for reference.

Hi This looks more like Becker's melanosis. No creams are available for its treatment. Laser removal may help. But there is no permanent solution for this.
