Skin darkness dark spots

Skin become dark and pigmentation............ if hydroquinone good to use is it there is any side effects almost i spend 7000 above for my pigmentation pls any one help me before that i had good clear skin now my skin become for dark and wrinkles bt one time i did chemical peel after peel only my face fully damaged
