Skin darkening near ankle.

Asked for Male, 31 Years

Hello doctor, Few reddish-brown patches have developed near my ankle. It has been more than 2 years now. Initially they were not very dark in colour but after the consultation with a doctor I applied tenovate-m cream and the things got even worse. There is no discharge or flaky texture. I am trying to upload a very clear picture of the affected region.
