Skin darkening in diaper area
My 3 month baby has developed skin darkening around the diaper elastic area at upper medial thigh. I'm using pampers small size. The size and fit is perfect acc to his weight. Also, I'm applying himalaya baby powder at every diaper change.

It seems that your baby has developed contact dermatitis to the diaper. I would suggest using loose cotton cloth instead of diapers. Restrict diaper use only when outside or at nights. It should decrease overtime.
